Our social feeds are getting boring. Time to say: No more pictures of dinner.
Inspired by this year's TEDxNewYork theme, “Down the Rabbit Hole,” we are taking New Yorkers on a photographic adventure around the city to some of its most obscure and interesting locations. The tour (free to attend) will be brought to you exclusively by our major partner, xAd, which strives to bring people to a better place.
Don't worry about bringing your bulky SLR; just bring Instagram.
For this “Instameet,” we're heading to Chelsea to explore an area you already know from work and play, but whose beautiful details might have passed you by. Guides from Big Onion Walking Tours, specializing in art history and architecture, will lead the way. Prominent Instagrammer Renzo Grande (@aliveinnyc) will join the group, providing photography tips drawn from years of perfecting his Instagram art.
On the tour we’ll prompt you to explore new angles, and encourage you to be relentless in your search for exciting images. The photos will be collected and featured at TEDxNewYork, next Saturday, for over 400 New Yorkers.
So bring your phone, your curiosity, and your best walking shoes, and get ready to see with new eyes. Register to join >>
